As an ISO 9001 certified laboratory, we hold ourselves to a documented standard of quality management across every stage of our process - from the moment an item is received, through examination and testing, to the final certified report.
Every report we issue is uniquely numbered and paired with a QR code, so its authenticity can be confirmed by anyone, at any time, without needing to visit our lab in person.
We have no commercial interest in the items we test - every report reflects our laboratory's independent findings alone.
Testing is carried out using standard gemmological instrumentation and methodology, reviewed at every stage before a report is finalised.
Every certificate is independently, publicly verifiable online via its unique report number and QR code - nothing is hidden behind a paywall or login.
